As such we will have no access to this data. A separate contractural relation will be created between you and the payment processor on their terms and condition and we cannot be held liable for any error, action, omission or incorrect charges that may be made by them.

All online card payment are made via Dojo payment procressor. Upon receiving your order, dojo carry out a standard authorisation check on you payment card to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfil the transaction. Your card will be debited upon authorisation being received. The monies received upon the debiting of your card shall be treated as a full payment against the value of the goods you wish to purchase. Once the goods have been despatched and you have been sent a conformation e-mail, sms or notification on the website, the monies paid shall be used for the value of goods you have purchased as listed. 

 

We always ensure that all details, description and prices which are available online at this Website/Application are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of any goods which you have ordered we will inform you of this as soon as possible and you option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. For out of stock items, we will advise you should any food out of stock and we will inform you. At this point you can cancel your order if you wish. If you cancel and you have already paid for your goods, you will receives a full refund. Additional charges may occur. 

 

If you are unhappy with the quality of any goods or the service provided by GeTurkish and wish to express your concern, you should contact GeTurkish directly to raise your complaint and, where appropriate, follow the GeTurkish complaint procedures. 

 

 

We reserve the right to withdraw, remove, edit any material/ product or content at any time from this website. We may refuse too process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

 

Once the order has been confirmed and payment taken from your account, you will be unable to cancel your order and will not be eligible for a refund. 

 

Any refund are at the sole discretion of the duty manager/ supervisor. Refunds will not be given for mistakes on your part when ordering or if you choose to change you mind on cash or card order. We process your order soon as we receive a conformation once its received. If you feel you are entitled to a refund please do not hesitate to contact the store. In most cases we will be unable to process a refund, but we can look into possible alternatives e.g. substitutes on goods. This is sole discreation of the duty manager.

GeTurkish ltd reserves the right to cancel any transaction where it reasonably believes the purchaser is either not of the required legal age or purchasing products on behalf of a minor. GeTurkish ltd actively encourages people not to take up a nicotine habit. If you are not already a smoker then please do not buy our products.

 

Times given for collection and delivery are only approximation. We aim to deliver your order within given time frame, please note this can change depending on traffic, weather, during busy periods and other unexpected circumstances which may take longer. During busy time we may not be able to notify you but please be patient or give us a call to find out about your order.
